Tess has extensive experience working with professional services firms, focusing on delivering strategic goals through the use of strong marketing and business development practices. She worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Clifford Chance in the UK, as well as other top tier legal firms in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Bell Gully, Tess spent three years at another top tier law firm in New Zealand in senior business development roles.
Tess leads the Business Development team. She is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s client relationship management, marketing, communications and business development strategies with partners and senior management colleagues.
