Rebecca has in-depth experience advising on a wide range of non-contentious employment matters such as disciplinary and performance management processes, personal grievances and enforceability of restraints of trade.
She has also managed proceedings in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court in New Zealand, as well as proceedings in the Employment Tribunal and early stage proceedings in the Employment Appeal Tribunal in the UK. Rebecca has conducted mediations and numerous similar early conciliation processes in both jurisdictions.
