Jasmine is a senior associate in Bell Gully's industry-leading corporate team and has advised on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, capital raisings and joint venture arrangements. Jasmine was part of the team that advised Apax Partners LLP on its NZ$2.56 billion takeover of Trade Me - the largest takeover undertaken to date in NZ via scheme of arrangement.
Alongside her transactional work, Jasmine regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate advisory and commercial contracting matters.
