Dean has significant local and international experience advising clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters.

Dean's practice focuses on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate advisory and commercial matters.

He works closely with his clients and their advisers at both a legal and strategic level in order to understand and advise on issues which impact their businesses and investment decisions. Dean has a reputation for being a key member of the adviser team, for driving commercial outcomes and providing pragmatic and sound legal advice.
