Shareholders approved the acquisition with strong support, transforming Plexure into an end-to-end cloud engagement and transaction platform provider for major hospitality enterprises and grocery organisations.
The Bell Gully team was led by partners Dean Oppenhuis, Liz Coats, Toni Forrest, and included senior associate Rupert Rouch, associate Nicola Yong, and lawyers Andy Hill, Matthias Schorer and Raffie Darroch.
Dean Oppenhuis said “we are delighted to have supported Plexure on its successful acquisition, and to have supported the business in its next stage of growth. All those involved have put in an immense effort to complete the deal and form an impressive technology offering.”
The combination of the global mobile engagement software company, and transaction management platform, will innovate the way high-frequency retailers retain and grow their customer base.
