Advised the Purchaser on the forward purchase (including OIO consent), development, leasing and financing of the under-construction premium-grade building at 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland.

Invesco Real Estate
Advised Invesco Real Estate fund on its acquisition and leasing of Chorus House, Auckland, in one of 2019’s largest commercial property deals in New Zealand.

Stride Property ​
Advised Stride Property on the establishment of a new industrial property investment management fund called Industre and the subsequent acquisition of various properties by Industre.

Precinct Properties​
Advised Precinct Properties on its significant office redevelopment projects in the Central Government Precinct, Wellington, including finalising the development of Defence House and MPI House and the construction of two new buildings in the precinct.

SkyCity Entertainment Group
Advised SkyCity Entertainment Group on its agreement to sell a long-term concession over its Auckland car parks for ~NZ$220 million to Macquarie.

The Purchaser of 155 Fanshawe Street, Auckland
Advised the Purchaser on the forward purchase (including OIO consent), development, leasing and financing of the completed premium-grade office building at 155 Fanshawe Street, Auckland, the largest value commercial office real estate acquisition in 2020.

Advised Toll on the sale and leaseback of a 14-hectare site in Wiri, Auckland, to LOGOS.

Advised Kiwi Property on its development of a new office tower at Sylvia Park, Auckland, and the leasing of premises within the tower to occupational tenants.

Advised Investec Property on the purchase of the Majestic Centre, Wellington, from Kiwi Property for more than NZ$123 million.

Advised Ngāi Tahu Property on its “partnering agreement” with Queenstown Lakes District Council to redevelop central Queenstown.

Winton
Advised Winton on its agreements with the New Zealand Government, to deliver new affordable “KiwiBuild” homes for the Government’s KiwiBuild programme and a development agreement with Kainga Ora to deliver more than 1,300 homes at Winton’s Lakeside Development at Te Kauwhata.
