Our recruitment process

What to expect in the application process.

Our interview process

If you are invited to attend an interview, we will be in touch by email and by phone where we will provide you with more information on what to expect. Our interview process aims to be relaxed and more conversational in style. It is important to take a moment to prepare for the interview in order to make the most of the experience.

Interview team

Before each interview you'll be met by HR or one of our junior lawyers who will be able to answer any questions about the interview or what it's like to work at Bell Gully.

Below are our recruitment partners who you'll meet throughout the process.

Offers

We want to give you every opportunity to consider Bell Gully, its culture and people. It's important to us that you feel supported at every stage. If you receive an offer from us you will be allocated a buddy (one of our junior lawyers) who can provide you with information or give you advice as you navigate the offer stage of the process. Your buddy will contact you after you receive your offer and they will set up a time to meet. During the summer you will also be allocated a buddy to help settle into each of your rotations and to answer any questions you have along the way.

If you have any questions about our application process, please contact a member of our HR team who are only too happy to help!
