CLANZ Essential Guide Series Seminar: Competition Law
This week, two of Bell Gully's competition specialists presented to CLANZ members on competition law. Partner Torrin Crowther and Senior Associate David Blacktop discussed how to identify potential issues around the area of competition and anti-competitive behaviour, and offered insights into how to better manage risks in the workplace as a result of such behaviours.
Aimed at intermediate to senior in-house counsel as well as General Counsel, the Essential Guide Series seminars provide a practical approach to law for in-house lawyers, and expands on the content provided in the Essential Guide (available to CLANZ premium members).
