Bell Gully partners appointed to NZX Discipline
Bell Gully partners David Flacks and Mark Freeman have been appointed to NZX Discipline, the body which adjudicates on breaches of NZX listing and participant rules.
They are two of seven new members appointed to the special function body, which is independent of NZX and its subsidiaries.
David and Mark are highly experienced in corporate and securities law and David has previously served on NZX bodies such as the Market Surveillance Panel and the NZX Legal and Regulatory Advisory Board.
