Insolvency specialist Graham McKenzie has returned to Bell Gully, after serving as a member of the 32nd America's Cup International Jury based in Valencia, Spain.
Graham, considered one of New Zealand's preeminent insolvency practitioners, returns as a consultant to the firm where he spent 24 years as a partner.
Bell Gully Chairman Roger Partridge says the firm is delighted that Graham has rejoined the team.
"It is particularly good news to have Graham back at a time when there is growing demand for insolvency and restructuring expertise," says Roger.
Graham has enormous experience in all aspects of insolvency and corporate receiverships. He has acted for numerous banks and finance institutions and some of Auckland's leading receivers and liquidators over many years.
He joins insolvency partners Murray Tingey and David McPherson to form a team at Bell Gully with market-leading insolvency expertise and which handles some of the largest and most complex insolvency assignments in New Zealand.
