Bell Gully employment practice named market leader
Bell Gully has been named a leading law firm in labour and employee benefits and two partners have been singled out for their expertise by a specialist legal publication.
PLC Which Lawyer? Cross-border Labour and Employee Benefits Handbook 2007/08 ranks Bell Gully's employment law practice as a leader in the field.
It identifies the firm's employment practice leader and partner Rob Towner as one of three leading employment lawyers in New Zealand, highlighting his “stellar” reputation and experience advising on all issues including restructurings and industrial disputes.
The publication also recommends Wellington partner Andrew Scott-Howman who, it notes, is experienced in advising on all aspects of employment law especially dismissals, redundancies, workplace safety, strikes and lockouts.
Which Lawyer? is published by London-based Practical Law Company, and is compiled through independent research, client references and peer review.
