New Zealand's community law centre representatives have come together for an update on current legal issues, including employment.
The three-day September hui held in Auckland saw representatives of the 25 centres throughout New Zealand participate in workshops and listen to speakers on topics including Kiwisaver, family violence, human rights, resource management and employment law.
Bell Gully senior associate Naomi Cervin and solicitor Natalie Finn led a workshop focussing on employment practices in the digital age, serious misconduct and dismissals, and workplace bullying.
