New senior associates back from New York and London to join Bell Gully

Bell Gully has appointed two new senior associates.

Kristin Carden joins the commercial property team after returning to the firm from New York. She has particular expertise in property ownership and occupation as well as across the range of commercial property transactions.

Kristin has been working as in-house counsel at a New York-based and NASDAQ-listed bio-pharmaceutical company and before this practised law for three years at a large American law firm, in both its Boston and New York offices.

Dawn Shacklady has also recently returned to New Zealand and becomes a senior associate in Bell Gully’s corporate/commercial practice, specialising in advising on investment products.

Dawn has extensive experience in investment products and commercial transactions in the financial services industry.

She joins the firm after spending the past five years at Credit Suisse Asset Management in London creating investment products for corporate and retail clients.
