Bell Gully contributes New Zealand telecommunications and media chapter for international publication
Bell Gully partner David Boswell and solicitor Jonathan Clark have authored the New Zealand chapter of the international publication Getting The Deal Through - Telecommunications and Media 2006, published by Law Business Research. The publication gives an overview about the laws and regulation of the telecommunications and media market in 49 jurisdictions worldwide.
The New Zealand chapter includes information on communications policy, telecommunications and media regulation, regulatory agencies, and competition and merger control.
