Two new partners and eight senior associates have been appointed to leading New Zealand law firm Bell Gully.
Jane Holland and Dean Oppenhuis join the partnership, based in Auckland and Wellington respectively.
Senior associates with expertise in property, corporate, commercial, competition law and litigation have been appointed in Auckland and Wellington also.

The appointments are:
Jane Holland leads the firm's commercial leasing team. A specialist commercial property lawyer, she has extensive experience of major transactions and developments in New Zealand and the UK including those within the retail and forestry sectors. Jane is also a published author on property issues.
Dean Oppenhuis is a corporate and commercial lawyer, with a particular focus on advising technology, telecommunications, media and services sector clients. His expertise traverses a broad range of transactions and advice, including mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and commercialisation of intellectual property.
Susan Bright advises on commercial property transactions, including leasing, sale and purchase, lease back and design-build arrangements, and forestry sector matters.
Melissa Cantell advises on corporate and commercial matters. Her expertise includes acquisitions and disposals, securities, corporate structuring and commercial contracts.
Jenny Cooper is a commercial litigator with specialist skills in company and securities law, insider trading, fair trading, and competition law.
Torrin Crowther is a competition law specialist, advising on the competition aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restrictive trade practices, and investigations into market conduct.
Darryl King specialises in corporate law. He advises on corporate matters, including listed company advice, mergers and acquisitions, public securities issues, takeovers and private equity transactions.
Heidi Leslie is a corporate and commercial lawyer, specialising in technology, telecommunications and corporate transactions for public and private sector clients.
James Martin specialises in commercial property, advising on domestic and overseas investment, development projects, property aspects of corporate restructuring and portfolio management.
Maree Stenberg has extensive expertise in commercial property law, including conveyancing, leasing and due diligence.
