Bell Gully appointed NZX Sponsor
Bell Gully, one of New Zealand's leading law firms, has been appointed an NZX Sponsor by the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX).
NZX Sponsors are banks, brokers, law firms and accounting firms that have been approved by the NZX to assist companies to list or quote securities on the exchange's new NZAX market.
As an active participant in New Zealand's commercial and industrial sectors, Bell Gully recognises the need to encourage strong and dynamic capital and equity markets.
"As a firm with an extensive reputation for corporate legal work, we fully appreciate the steps that the NZX is taking to broaden the base of New Zealand's capital markets - and in particular to enable smaller entities to 'come to market'," said Bell Gully partner Mark Freeman.
