Avoid IT contract nightmares

Bell Gully partners will be helping in-house lawyers to make the most of IT contracts during the next Bell Gully-CLANZ workshop, to be held on 29 July (Wellington) and 30 July (Auckland).

The workshops will help participants to cut through the technical jargon, identify the key issues and avoid the common pitfalls in IT contracts.

The workshops will be led by partner Stephen Revill and senior associate Jeremy Salmond in Wellington, and by partners Simon Martin and Malcolm Webb in Auckland. All have recent and relevant experience in large-scale and complex IT contracts and outsourcing projects.

Future workshops will cover Commerce Commission inquiries and the Treaty of Waitangi.

Events are free to all CLANZ members, and CLANZ membership is free and open to any in-house counsel in New Zealand. Learn more about CLANZ at www.clanz.org
