Rachel Gowing

Rachel specialises in banking and finance and has particular experience in secured and unsecured bank lending, structured financing and ship and asset financing.

She has specific responsibility for drafting and maintaining the banking and finance team’s precedent documentation.

Rachel is the author of the key Bell Gully publication Financial Services Quarterly.

Before rejoining Bell Gully at the beginning of 2002, she worked in the banking and finance department of Allen & Overy in London.
