Sally Whincop

Her transactional experience includes the acquisition and sale of commercial property including sale and leaseback and design-build arrangements, and subdivision and title related issues. Many of her clients have national property portfolios and she works closely with these clients on their complex, diverse and changing property needs.

Sally also has extensive due diligence experience and has routinely led large due diligence investigations for both vendor and purchaser in a variety of sectors.

Sally has wide commercial leasing experience in retail, office and industrial property and acts for a number of large commercial landlord and tenant clients. She advises on and negotiates a full range of transactions including complex design lease and build arrangements.
