Rachel Paris

Rachel is a specialist financial services lawyer, with particular expertise in advising on media and entertainment production financing.

She advised blue-chip clients on the financing and structuring of major infrastructure and acquisition projects while at Allen & Overy's Projects Group in London and went on to Olswang, the UK's leading technology, communications and media law firm, where she advised household names on film production financing.

Rachel rejoined Bell Gully's banking and finance team in 2006 having begun her career at the firm before leaving to join the Masters in Law programme at Harvard Law School. Rachel was one of only 12 students selected for the school's prestigious International Finance LLM programme.
