Naomi has practised employment law in both New Zealand and Ireland for a number of years, and is experienced in advising on all aspects of the relationship between employer and employee.

She advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She regularly drafts and reviews employment agreements and policies, as well as advising on independent contractor issues.

Naomi also has experience in the resolution of employment disputes and has appeared before the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court and the Court of Appeal. Naomi represents clients in mediations, personal grievances and disputes.

She also assists in negotiating and drafting severance arrangements, advising on managing employee performance, investigations into misconduct, and disciplinary procedures.

Naomi advises on claims over employment equality, bullying and harassment, on enforcement of restraints of trade and health and safety matters, including workplace accidents and stress claims.

Naomi is a member of the Auckland District Law Society employment law committee, is a member of the Employment Law Institute, and has spoken at a number of conferences and client seminars on a range of employment law issues.
