Jayne is a corporate and commercial law specialist.

Jayne's experience is in the fields of acquisitions and dispositions of business, corporate restructurings, equity transactions and joint ventures.  In addition, she is a notary public and a fellow of Chartered Secretaries New Zealand Inc.

Jayne has significant project management experience, having managed a variety of complex and major transactions. As a partner for 21 years, she forged strong relationships advising Fletcher Challenge, its sector companies and  the companies which emerged on its separation - principally Fletcher Building.

Jayne's background also includes working in the firm's property and finance teams, and while working in Toronto, Canada, she was involved in corporate, securities and commercial financing matters.

Outside her work for clients, Jayne is Bell Gully's Manager of Conflicts and Risk. 

Jayne also volunteers her time and expertise to help not-for-profit organisations, including the Roselle Foundation, The Parenting Place and as a board member of Variety, the Children's Charity.
