Advised Kiwi Income Property Trust on the construction and development of New Zealand's largest retail centre, Sylvia Park, including construction contracts, design consultancy agreements, and infrastructure contracts. This $500 million+ construction project comprises a shopping centre, offices, entertainment and other proposed uses over a 24-hectare campus.

Britomart precinct
Advised Bluewater Group on numerous aspects in the development of its refurbishment project at Auckland's downtown Britomart precinct, including on a design and build agreement with Westpac for a new head office complex to locate operations from several existing sites, and related title structure documents, construction contracts, design consultancy agreements and financing.

Bank of New Zealand
Acted for Bank of New Zealand on the development agreements for its new Auckland head office tower premises being developed by Multiplex at 80 Queen Street, and its new Wellington waterfront premises being developed by Centreport.
