Kerry specialises in banking and finance with a particular focus on debt capital markets, lending transactions and financial services regulation.

She advises on domestic and international banking and capital markets transactions.

Kerry has particular experience in debt capital markets and regularly advises a number of leading issuers on New Zealand wholesale and retail debt issuances. She acts for banks on general bilateral and syndicated loan matters and has experience across a wide range of funding matters, including acting for the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal Trust in the allocation of funds for project finance relating to the re-build of Christchurch.

Kerry also specialises in New Zealand financial services regulation, with a particular focus on the proposed reforms under the Financial Markets Conduct Bill, the implementation of New Zealand's new anti-money laundering regime and deposit-taking institutions.
