Kate's corporate practice focuses on capital markets and public and private M&A transactions.

She has a background in finance law. After qualifying at Bell Gully, Kate spent five years working in London as an acquisition finance lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specialising in public and private acquisitions and restructurings. In 2004-2005 she spent several months based in Amsterdam advising the Dutch syndications team of a global investment bank.
