Jesse is a commercial litigator with experience in company and securities law disputes.

Jesse primarily acts on contractual and securities law disputes. He also has experience in commercial regulatory disputes, including proceedings under the Commerce Act, Fair Trading Act, and Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act.

Jesse began his career with Bell Gully in 2006, after clerking at the Court of Appeal. He rejoined Bell Gully in 2009 after completing his Master of Laws at Stanford Law School.

He is a member of the New Zealand Law Society's Law Reform Committee and has been involved with a number of law reform projects for Bell Gully and the Law Society, including financial markets legislation and surveillance legislation. He has also lectured in legal advocacy at the University of Auckland.
