Jenny is a general commercial litigator with specialist skills in company and securities law, insider trading law, fair trading law, competition law and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act.
She regularly advises clients in investigations by the Commerce Commission and Securities Commission.
She also advises and acts on a range of other issues including breach of confidence, shareholder issues, defamation and breach of contract.
Before joining Bell Gully, Jenny was a diplomat in the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, where she worked with international legal institutions including the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and the International Court of Justice.
She spent three years as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, where she completed Masters degrees in International Relations and Law.
