Gillian Williams specialises in corporate law and securities.

Her work focuses on a full range of corporate matters. She advises bidders on acquisitions, undertakes and reports on due diligence projects, and negotiates sale and purchase agreements. She is also involved in advising listed companies on share purchase plans and providing general securities law advice, including drafting waiver and exemption applications, investment statements and notices of meeting. Gillian also has significant tax experience.

Her international experience includes her role as legal adviser to America's Cup team BMW ORACLE Racing.
