Graham advises New Zealand and offshore clients on all aspects of New Zealand tax law.

Graham has been a member of the Bell Gully tax division since 2005.

He advises on all aspects of corporate income tax, including the taxation of corporate restructuring and financing transactions, M&A transactions and cross border arrangements.  He has particular expertise in funds management and PIE taxation, and an interest in the taxation aspects of limited partnership and look-through companies. Graham also advises on tax issues for new migrants to New Zealand.

He has assisted in obtaining determinations and rulings from the Inland Revenue Department, and in advising on a number of tax disputes.
