Garry has over 20 years' commercial law experience. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, securities offerings, joint ventures, major infrastructure projects and the provision of business law advice including corporate governance and stock exchange compliance.

Garry has a special interest in the electricity sector and has been an active advisor in this area for 10 years.

Garry was named as a leading individual in capital markets by Asia Pacific Legal 500 in its 2007/2008 and 2006/2007 editions and as a leading corporate/M&A practitioner in Asialaw Leading Lawyers 2010 and the 2008, 2009 and 2010 editions of Chambers Global, in which he is described as a "highly skilled operator and energy specialist".
