Glenn has broad commercial experience with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity capital raisings.

He advises clients on a variety of corporate matters and commercial transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, due diligence reviews, applications for consent under the Overseas Investment Act, key supply and customer contracts and the establishment of joint ventures.

He has been involved in a number of debt and equity capital raisings, including the initial public offering of Goodman Fielder Limited, the issue of capital notes for Goodman Finance Limited and the perpetual preference share issue for Strategic Finance Limited.

Glenn is part of the corporate team which advises Rank Group Limited.  He has been involved in many of the firm’s largest corporate transactions. These include the exchange of dairy assets by New Zealand Dairy Foods and Fonterra, the separation of Goodman Fielder from the Burns Philp Group and the initial public offering of Goodman Fielder, the amalgamation of Waste Management and Transpacific Industries and the sale of Carter Holt Harvey’s forest assets.
