He has acted on a range of acquisition financings, including the acquisition of MediaWorks by Ironbridge Capital, the acquisition of Tegel and Griffins by Pacific Equity Partners, and the acquisition of Burger King New Zealand by The Blackstone Group.
David has also acted for the borrower on the restructure of Yellow Pages Group and the restructure of MediaWorks, two of the largest debt restructures undertaken in the New Zealand market in recent years.
