David Rishworth

David is a commercial property law consultant to the firm. He retired as a partner in 2001 after 32 years in the partnership.

David specialises in commercial property development, sales, purchases and leasing, commercial lending and securities. He is also experienced in estate planning, wills and trusts, foreign investment and joint ventures, lease negotiations and documentation, commercial and industrial building contracts, property partnerships, matrimonial property advice and general conveyancing.

He has acquired substantial experience in advising South East Asian clients, particularly in Indonesia and Singapore, on the acquisition of property, business and commercial investment in New Zealand.
