David has wide corporate and commercial experience in both New Zealand and the UK.

He advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, including amalgamations and joint ventures, and has experience in drafting a wide range of commercial and technology agreements.

David's experience spans a broad range of sectors including forestry, logistics, pharmaceutical, dairy, financial services, media, technology and telecommunications.

While in the UK, David undertook secondments with Skandia UK, a leading insurance and investment product provider, and international news agency Reuters.
