Christine is a litigation partner specialising in insurance, construction and employment law.

She has a general commercial litigation practice with particular expertise in advising on insurance, construction and employment matters. This involves appearances in the civil courts and in specialist tribunals, as well as construction arbitrations.

Christine's employment work includes advising commercial clients on a wide range of employment and industrial relations issues. She represents clients in employment-related disputes, including personal grievance claims and collective employment contract negotiations.

She has expertise in a broad range of insurance law including public liability, professional indemnity, and insurance for fire, general cover and directors' and officers' liability.

Christine is currently President of the New Zealand Insurance Law Association. She is also an associate member of the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand.
