Amon is an experienced corporate transaction lawyer whose practice is focussed on securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

He returned to Bell Gully in 2007 after three years working as a corporate attorney in the New York and London offices of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Amon's experience includes acting for major international investment banks in the issuance and sale of debt and equity securities and managing merger and acquisition transactions.

From 1999-2004 Amon worked in Bell Gully's Wellington office advising corporate and commercial clients on a broad range of transactions.
