Anthony Drake
Anthony specialises in all aspects of employment law and has broad experience in investigation and employment advocacy.
He advises on personal grievances and disputes, health and safety legislation and all aspects of employment related legislation.
He was a founding member of the New Zealand Serious Fraud Office, an employment advocate and had major responsibility for the employment practice of another firm prior to joining Bell Gully. He is a member of the Auckland District Law Society employment law committee and a board member of the Employment Law Institute.
Anthony is also an author for the employment section of Butterworths Forms and Precedents.
