Andrew is a commercial property lawyer with extensive expertise in broader corporate and commercial matters.

His experience includes property and business acquisitions and divestments, project developments and finance, listed and unlisted securities offerings, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. He acts for various developers, forestry companies, listed funds and investors. He also has considerable expertise on New Zealand's overseas investment laws, was a co-presenter of the New Zealand Law Society seminar on the Overseas Investment Act and was appointed as a member of the Technical Reference Group for the Review of the Overseas Investment Act 2005.

Prior to joining Bell Gully in 2003, he spent two years in the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
