Glenn is an M&A specialist who regularly advises New Zealand and overseas clients on large corporate transactions. He advises prominent New Zealand corporate entities including Rank Group, Carter Holt Harvey, Goodman Fielder, AIA, AMP Life and Genesis Energy.
He is also a member of our insurance law team and has advised clients on some of the insurance sector's largest M&A transactions, including Resolution Life's acquisition of AMP Life's wealth protection and mature businesses (IFLR Asia Pacific's 2021 M&A Deal of the Year), AIA's acquisition of Sovereign, IAG's purchase of the ongoing insurance business of AMI Insurance and Blackstone's investment in Partners Life. He also regularly advises New Zealand and global insurers on regulatory matters, including approvals required for M&A transactions or group reorganisations.
