Dean has significant local and international experience advising clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters.

Dean's practice focuses on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate advisory and commercial matters.

Dean has a reputation for being a key member of the adviser team, for driving commercial outcomes and providing pragmatic and sound legal advice.

In a previous edition of Chambers Asia Pacific 2022, Dean was also named as a leading lawyer in the corporate/commercial sector.
