Companies Office fees increase

On 1 July, the Companies Office introduced some changes to its fees structure.

The changes include:

  • The online incorporation fee has increased from $50 to $150.
  • The fee to view documents on the Companies Register has been removed.
  • Re-registration of a PPSA financing statement has been reduced from $5 to $3.
  • The fee to file financial accounts has been increased from $100 to $250.
