Bell Gully is skilled in working with organisations that have complex, diverse, and changing property needs. Our property team boasts a comprehensive capability to deal with all aspects of property ownership, use, development and financing. The team’s work frequently involves construction projects, developments, acquisitions and disposals, and leasing. We also deal with sale and purchase agreements, development project planning, resource management/environmental and construction including procurement, property management, funding and transaction structuring nationally and offshore.
We have a fixed term part-time position available for a senior level professional support lawyer to work in our Property Department. The position is to cover parental leave through to April/May 2009. The primary duties of the role include: the maintenance and production of standard form and precedent documents; providing training to staff on relevant law changes; and the management of electronic interfaces used by the Department (eg Landonline). We are looking for someone with significant legal experience in property work and excellent drafting skills who is able to work no less than three days per week.
