Our expertise covers a wide range of corporate and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, public offerings, corporate finance, management buyouts, joint ventures, privatisations and corporatisations.
We have an opportunity for a candidate with five or more years experience, preferably in private practice, to work in our Wellington corporate team. You will be joining a team which advises some of New Zealand's most dynamic and high-growth companies on corporate law matters and capital raising activities.
