Pacific agreement
We were involved in drafting the Rules of Origin for the Pacific Island Countries Trade Agreement, a trading alliance of South West Pacific Island nations.

Chinese steel industry
We acted jointly with law firms Kirkland & Ellis (Washington) and King & Wood (China) to represent the Chinese industry in a US steel investigation. This was a major issue in trade, creating discontent over a US proposal to safeguard the industry by imposing general quotas and was the first global steel investigation.
