NZ Winegrowers
Bell Gully has been legal adviser to NZ Winegrowers and the Wine Institute of New Zealand, for more than 30 years. Our long-term relationship sees us working closely with the national representative body to assist the whole industry in continuing its strong growth locally and on the global stage.

Pernod Ricard
We successfully assisted Pernod Ricard in an investigation by the Commerce Commission into whether or not it could retain a number of key brands acquired in its acquisition of Allied Domecq plc. The brands had previously been the subject of a divestment undertaking.

Montana
We have advised Montana, New Zealand's largest wine producer and exporter, on diverse issues over many years, including acting for the company's independent directors on the fiercely contested takeover bid by Allied Domecq and Lion Nathan, on competition issues and on the new Geographical Indication framework and US and EU vintage labelling rules.
