Our large team of specialist commercial litigators provides great depth and breadth of experience and the capacity and flexibility to deal with large and small matters alike in all areas of commercial, public and private law.
We have a proven record of successful dispute resolution in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court (and the Privy Council before that), Employment and District Courts, specialist tribunals and commissions and acting for commercial parties in confidential arbitrations.
We also handle a significant number of matters for offshore clients and law firms from Australia and around the world requiring advice in New Zealand.
