Each year, the Bell Gully Mooting Competition enables students to research legal issues and to test and develop their skills in a courtroom setting.
To help the 2012 competitors, Bell Gully has put together a mooting manual, with tips on organising, competing, judging and timekeeping.
About the Bell Gully Mooting Competition
The competition is open to all law students. The winners of the competition at each university progress to the New Zealand final, held during the New Zealand Law Students' Association annual conference.
The champions represent New Zealand at the Australasian championships, usually in July.
